1. Purpose
This Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy defines the ownership, usage rights, restrictions, and protections applicable to all content, materials, systems, and resources developed, published, or distributed by AXIOVALABS.
2. Intellectual Property Ownership
Unless otherwise stated, all educational content, videos, PDFs, datasets, SAS programs, source code, assignments, MCQs, case studies, project materials, presentations, graphics, logos, branding elements, website content, and learning resources are the exclusive intellectual property of AXIOVALABS.
3. Protected Content
Protected content includes but is not limited to: course videos, practical datasets, SAS programs, SDTM materials, ADaM materials, TLF materials, project simulations, interview preparation materials, learning pathways, assessments, certificates, website content, designs, images, documents, and proprietary methodologies.
4. Limited License to Students
Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use purchased content solely for personal educational purposes. Ownership rights remain with AXIOVALABS.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users may not copy, reproduce, record, redistribute, upload, publish, transmit, sell, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit AXIOVALABS content without prior written authorization.
6. Video Recording and Screen Capture Restrictions
Recording, downloading, screen capturing, copying, or redistributing videos, live sessions, mentoring sessions, webinars, or platform content is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing.
7. Dataset and Program Protection
Clinical datasets, SAS programs, project files, validation programs, automation scripts, and practical exercises provided by AXIOVALABS are proprietary educational resources and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
8. Employee and Contractor Work Product
Any content, software, datasets, documents, videos, graphics, or educational materials created by employees, contractors, consultants, or contributors within the scope of their engagement with AXIOVALABS shall be considered the intellectual property of AXIOVALABS unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. User-Generated Content
Students retain ownership of original content they independently create. By submitting assignments, projects, or other materials, users grant AXIOVALABS a limited right to store and display such content for educational and administrative purposes.
10. Copyright Infringement
AXIOVALABS reserves the right to investigate suspected copyright violations and may suspend or terminate accounts involved in unauthorized copying, sharing, distribution, or misuse of protected materials.
11. Enforcement Actions
Violations of this policy may result in account suspension, permanent account termination, cancellation of course access, legal action, monetary claims, and other remedies available under applicable law.
12. Trademarks and Branding
AXIOVALABS name, logos, trademarks, branding assets, designs, and associated materials may not be used without prior written permission.
13. Reporting Violations
Users may report suspected copyright violations, unauthorized sharing, piracy, or intellectual property misuse by contacting AXIOVALABS support.
14. Policy Updates
AXIOVALABS reserves the right to modify this Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website.
